Reservation page question

BookersDesk allows you to fully customize the booking form by adding questions to collect the information you need from your guests. This helps you provide a more personalized service, improve the guest experience, and organize your operations more efficiently.

Types of available questions

  1. Standard Questions
  2. These are predefined questions used to collect commonly required guest information such as:
    Full name
    Email address
    Phone number
    Address
Guest name (if different from the person making the booking)

  3. Custom Questions
  4. You can create your own custom questions to collect any specific details important to your property or service. Examples include:
    Ages of children
    Food allergies or dietary preferences
    Pillow or mattress preferences
    Accessibility needs
Purpose of travel (business, leisure, etc.)
