What is an offer?

An offer is a combination of price and specific conditions. Offer 1 is typically the standard offer that is continuously active unless you delete it.

Additional offer for guests: Create alternative options such as refundable, non-refundable prices or special packages for your booking website.

Functionality of offers:

  • If you select "type of offer" by property, then the offer will apply to all your properties.
  • If you select "type of offer" by room, you can set different offers for each room.

One room can have only offer 1 (standard), while another room can have an active additional offer.

How to create, delete, or modify offers

Activating additional offers

  1. Go to Dashboard > Booking Website > Offers
  2. Click on an existing offer (e.g., "offer 2") and activate it.
  3. You can add a description and a photo for each offer.
  4. After making changes, don’t forget to click "save" to store the updates.

How to delete or modify offers?

  1. To modify an offer, go to Dashboard > Booking Website > Offers, select the offer, and edit the details.
  2. After making changes, don’t forget to click "save" to store the updates.
  3. To delete an offer, you can deactivate it from the offers menu or click status Active > Inactive in the offer status options.

Setting prices for offers

    If you use fixed prices (rates):

  1. Add a price for the offer and assign the "offer" to the appropriate room under the prices > rates section.
  2. You can link an existing rate to an offer by setting the corresponding price.
  3. If you have different booking conditions, create a new rate plan for each offer and set specific rules.
  4. After making changes, don’t forget to click "save" to store the updates.
