Booking Page: The bookings page

The bookings page is an important part of the platform that allows customers to make bookings for properties, view availability options and add other services (such as upsell options) to their booking.

How the booking page works:

Steps to complete the booking

1. Select arrival and departure dates in the booking page calendar
2. After selecting dates, choose your preferred room from those available.
3. Select and add additional services like transport, breakfast, etc. to your booking.
4. View the price summary and enter required information to complete the booking
5. After completion, you will receive a confirmation email with all booking details.

How to cancel booking:

• If customers want to cancel booking, they can follow instructions described in the cancellation policy set for each booking and access the link by entering booking ID and email they provided when making the booking
