How to use the Channel Manager Settings page?
Accessing the settings
Go to Dashboard > Channel Manager > Channel Manager Settings. You’ll see a table listing all your properties, room IDs, room names, and the connection status for each OTA.
Understanding connection status
- If a property is connected to an OTA, the status will display as Connected.
- If there’s no connection, the field will be blank.
This allows you to quickly identify which platforms are actively linked to your property.
Filtering by OTAs
Use the Filter by OTA button to display only properties connected to specific channels. You can select one or more OTAs from the filter menu, and the table will update to show only matching connections.
Exporting data
The table can be exported in different formats for reporting or record-keeping:
- Excel – Save your connections in spreadsheet format.
- PDF – Generate a ready-to-share PDF report.
- Print – Print the table directly from the browser.
Staying updated
The connection status is fetched in real time from the system, ensuring you always see the latest information.
