Connecting Allbookers with BookersDesk
To ensure a proper and functional connection between Allbookers and BookersDesk, follow the steps below in an organized manner.
Steps to connect Allbookers with BookersDesk
1. Complete Property Information
Ensure that the property you are connecting to Allbookers has all the complete and accurate details. There should be no empty fields for both rooms and property information.
2. Create a Rate Plan (if it does not exist)
Before proceeding with the connection, the property should have a Rate Plan set up. If it doesn’t exist, create one to enable price synchronization.
3. Connecting to BookersDesk
- Log in to https://panel.bookersdesk.com.
- Go to OTA Management > Allbookers.com.
- In the Room Mapping section, enter your Property ID in the Hotel ID.
- Click on Save to save the changes.
4. Configure Rooms and Rate Plans
- After the connection to the property is made, manually enter the Room IDs and Rate Plans for each room.
- Ensure that the rooms connected on both platforms are the same.
- For each room, click on Update to register the changes.
5. Sync Rate Plans
Allbookers automatically links to the Main rate plan, but this can later be changed if desired in the Prices > Daily Rate Management section in BookersDesk.
- After linking the rooms, Allbookers will use only one rate plan per property, which can be edited within the platform.
- To link more than one rate plan, go to Prices > Daily Rate Management and enter the Rate Plan ID in Allbookers in the corresponding field.
6. Disconnect the Property
If you want to disconnect the property, click the button at the bottom "Disconnect Property" and the connection with Allbookers will be broken. You will no longer be able to make changes in BookersDesk.
