Linking Airbnb with BookersDesk

To ensure an accurate and seamless connection between Airbnb and BookersDesk, it is important to follow the steps below carefully. Each action must be performed in the given order to avoid synchronization issues.

Steps for Linking Airbnb with BookersDesk

1. Initial Steps

  1. Log in to Airbnb with the credentials of the property you want to link.
  2. Go to Channel Manager > Airbnb.
  3. Disconnect any existing connection between the account and the property and all listings in the section Room Link Settings if any exist. Otherwise, proceed with the following steps.

2. Link with BookersDesk

  1. Once logged in to airbnb.com , log in to panel.bookersdesk.com and go to Channel Manager > Airbnb.
  2. Click on "Connect with Airbnb" . You will be redirected to the Airbnb page.
  3. Grant permission by clicking "Allow".

3. Configuration in Channel Manager

Go back to Channel Manager > Airbnb > Property Settings and follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Connect Airbnb Account" to link the previous account.
  2. In Instant Booking, choose "Anyone".
  3. In Bookings under review and requests, select "Import All".
  4. In Inquiries and Requests, click "Import All" and then "Save".
  5. Click on Currency > Euro to ensure that prices exported to Airbnb are in Euro and not Dollar.
  6. Click again on "Save" after setting the currency.

Then, on the same page, continue with Room Link Settings::

  1. Click the option "Link" for each listing.
  2. Rooms are linked to the rate plan Main. If you want another rate plan, go to Prices > Price Management and select the desired rate plan.
  3. Check Airbnb for that rate plan and return to the page Channel Manager > Airbnb.
  4. Click on "Refresh" for each listing to synchronize the prices of this rate plan.

Click on "IMPORT EXISTING BOOKINGS", if you need to import bookings from Airbnb.

4. Disconnecting the Property

If you want to disconnect the property, click the button at the bottom "Disconnect Property" and the connection with Airbnb will be disconnected. You will not be able to make further changes in BookersDesk.

Benefits of the Link

Once you complete all the steps, the link will be active and your properties will sync automatically between Airbnb and BookersDesk, enabling efficient management of availability and prices.
