To ensure a correct and functional connection between HotelBeds and BookersDesk, please follow the steps below in a structured way.

Steps to Integrate HotelBeds into BookersDesk

1. Requesting Connection with HotelBeds

  1. Log in to maxiroom.hotelbeds.com and go to Channel Manager.
  2. Click BookersDesk and, if prompted, enter the Reservation URL: https://panel.bookersdesk.com/api/hotelbeds/getReservation .
  3. Contact HotelBeds support using your Gmail email.
  4. Request the connection with BookersDesk and send the following information:
  5. HotelBeds will confirm once the BMS/HSI connection is ready.

2. Configuration in BookersDesk

Once you receive confirmation from HotelBeds:

  1. Enter your HotelBeds username (username) in the appropriate field.
  2. Enter your HotelBeds password (password) in the appropriate field.
  3. Click Save to save the changes.

3. Adding Account Data in BookersDesk

  1. Click "View Contract List" to retrieve contract details.
  2. Enter the following information:
    • a. HotelBeds Hotel Code
    • b. HotelBeds Contract Name
    • c. HotelBeds Sequence
    • d. Incoming Office Code
  3. Click Save to save the changes.

4. Room Mapping

  1. Click "View Contract Details" to get room information.
  2. For each room, enter:
    • a. HotelBeds Room Type Code
    • b. HotelBeds Room Type Characteristic
  3. Enable sync for: Inventory | Price | Bookings by checking them.
  4. Click Save to save changes for that room.

Optional: On the same page, continue by viewing the data being sent to HotelBeds:

  1. Click "View Data" to verify the prices and availability being sent.
  2. Select dates up to 1 month ahead.
  3. Click "Process" to view the data.

5. Activating Rate Plans

  1. Rooms are linked to the rate plan Main . If you want a different rate plan, go to Pricing > Daily Rate Management and select the appropriate rate plan.
  2. Check HotelBeds for that rate plan by entering the combination of Contract Name, Incoming Office dhe Sequence which can be found on the Contract List page (e.g., BAROP4Q/460/14530).

Then return to the page OTA Management > HotelBeds:

Click "Update Room" for each listing to sync that rate plan’s prices.

6. Disconnecting the Property

If you want to disconnect the property, click the button at the bottom "Disconnect Property" and the connection with HotelBeds will be terminated. You will no longer be able to make changes from BookersDesk.

Integration Benefits

Once you have followed these steps, the integration of HotelBeds with BookersDesk will be fully functional, allowing automatic synchronization of inventory, prices, and bookings.
