What is this feature?

"Frequent Guests" is a functionality that allows you to search for and identify guests who have made more than one booking within a selected date range. This tool is useful for analyzing guest behavior, building loyalty programs, and creating personalized marketing strategies.

How does it work?

  • Accessing the Feature

    • Go to the Front Desk menu and select the Frequent Guests option.

  • Search Filter

    • A filtering section will appear, allowing you to set your search criteria:
    Select Property
    Choose the property you want to check for repeat guests.
    Period (Date Range)
    Define a date range by selecting:
    Check-in From (Start date)
    Check-out To (End date)
    Click "Apply" to generate the results.

  • What happens after clicking "Apply"?

    • The system will perform the following steps:
    Analyze all bookings within the selected date range.
    Filter out only the guests who have made more than one booking during this period.
    Display only repeat guests, excluding those with just a single reservation.

  • Search Results

    • The results are shown in a tabular format. For each guest, the following details are displayed:
    Full Name
    Email Address (for direct communication)
    Phone Number (if available)
    List of Bookings made within the selected period, including:
    Booking Number
    Check-in and Check-out Dates

  • Exporting the Data

    • The results can be easily exported for further analysis or internal use:
    Export Excel - For deeper analysis in Excel spreadsheets.
    Download PDF - For saving, emailing, or printing.
    Column Visibility - Customize which columns to show or hide according to your preferences.
