Hotelbeds integration into BookersDesk

To ensure an accurate and functional connection between Hotelbeds and BookersDesk, follow the steps below in a structured manner.

Steps for integrating Hotelbeds into BookersDesk

1. Requesting a connection with Hotelbeds

  1. Log in to maxiroom.hotelbeds.com and go to Channel Manager.
  2. Click BookersDesk and, if prompted, enter the Reservation URL: https://panel.bookersdesk.com/api/hotelbeds/getReservation.
  3. Contact Hotelbeds support using your Gmail email.
  4. Request the connection with BookersDesk and provide the following information:
  5. Hotelbeds will confirm when the BMS/HSI connection is ready.

2. Configuration in BookersDesk

Once you receive confirmation from Hotelbeds:

  1. Enter the Hotelbeds username in the respective field.
  2. Enter the Hotelbeds password in the respective field.
  3. Click Save to store the changes.

3. Adding Account Data in BookersDesk

  1. Click "View Contract List" to obtain contract details.
  2. Enter the following information:
    • a. Hotelbeds Hotel Code
    • b. Hotelbeds Contract Name
    • c. Hotelbeds Sequence
    • d. Incoming Office Code
  3. Click Save to store the changes.

4. Room Mapping

  1. Click "View Contract Details" to get room details.
  2. For each room, enter:
    • a. Hotelbeds Room Type Code
    • b. Hotelbeds Room Type Characteristic
  3. Enable synchronization for: Inventory | Price | Reservations by checking the boxes.
  4. Click Save to store the changes for this room.

This step is optional: Then, on the same page, proceed to check the data sent to Hotelbeds:

  1. Click "View Data" to verify the prices and availability being sent.
  2. Select dates up to 1 month.
  3. Click "Process" to view the data.

5. Activating Rate Plans

  1. Rooms are linked to the Main rate plan. If you want another rate plan, go to Prices > Daily Price Management and select the appropriate rate plan.
  2. Check Hotelbeds for that rate plan by setting the contract name combination Incoming Office and Sequence, which are retrieved from the contract list page (e.g., BAROP4Q/460/14530).

Then return to the OTA Management > Hotelbeds page:

Click "Update Room" for each listing to synchronize the prices of this rate plan.

6. Disconnecting the Property

If you wish to disconnect the property, click the button at the bottom “Disconnect Property”, and the connection with Hotelbeds will be terminated. You will no longer be able to make changes in BookersDesk.

Benefits of the Integration

After following these steps, the integration of Hotelbeds with BookersDesk will be fully functional, enabling automatic synchronization of inventory, prices, and reservations.
