What is an offer?

An offer is a combination of price and specific conditions. Offer 1 is usually the standard offer that remains active continuously unless you delete it.

Offer functionality:

• If you choose "offer type" by property, then the offer will apply to all your properties.
• If you choose "offer type" by room, you can set different offers for each room.

For example, one room may only have Offer 1 (standard), while another room may have an additional active offer.

How to create, delete, or modify offers

Activating additional offers

1. Go to panel > booking website > offers
2. Click on an existing offer (e.g., "Offer 2") and activate it.
3. You can add a description and an image for each offer.
4. Once you make the changes, don’t forget to click "save" to store the changes.

How to delete or modify offers?

1. To modify an offer, go to panel > booking website > offers, select the offer, and change the details.
2. Once you make the changes, don’t forget to click "save" to store the changes.
3. To delete an offer, you can deactivate it from the offer menu or click on the status Activated > No from the offer status section.

Setting prices for offers

If you use fixed prices (rates):

1. Add a price for the offer and assign the "offer" to the respective room in pricing page > rates.
2. You can link an existing rate (tariff) to an offer by setting the corresponding price.
3. If you have different booking conditions, create a new rate plan for each offer and set specific rules.
4. Once you make the changes, don’t forget to click "save" to store the changes.
