Pending Payments

In the section Pending Payments, you can monitor and manage bookings that still have outstanding balances or pending payments.

Overview

This section provides a list of all bookings with unpaid balances or pending payments, including:

  • The guest’s name and the relevant booking information.
  • The amounts still unpaid, including remaining payment details and the due date.
  • The payment status, indicates whether the payment is still pending or partially completed.

Steps to access the Pending Payments section

  1. Go to your Panel dashboard
  2. Click on Bookings.
  3. Select Pending Payments to view the list of bookings with unpaid balances
  4. Click on the booking to view details and payment status

This section is crucial for managing finances and ensures all obligations are paid on time, keeping balances and payment records up to date and accurate.
