Grid – View and manage all room bookings

In the Grid section, you can see all room bookings in a simple and organized view. This section is designed to enable efficient booking management and provide a detailed overview of your rooms and guests. The Grid allows you to view guest names, booking dates, the current status of each booking, and perform various actions such as changing a room or editing bookings, without needing to navigate to different pages.

On this page, you can view a complete list of all the room bookings for your hotel, including:
• Guest name
• Booking dates
• Guest name

The Grid is very useful for room management and optimizing availability, as you can take quick actions such as:

• Moving bookings from one room to another to optimize room occupancy.
• Changing booking status, for example, making a booking confirmed or canceled by clicking the booking.
• Opening a booking to edit it: Simply click on the booking you want to change, and a new page will open with the option to make changes.

Steps to access the Grid:

1. Go to your Panel.
2. Click on Bookings.
3. Select Grid to view the list of all room bookings.
4. To move a booking from one room to another, click and drag the booking to the desired room.
5. To open and edit a booking, simply click on it, and a new page will open where you can make the necessary changes.
