Room Move Report Help

The Room Move Report allows you to track all guest room transfers within a selected period. It provides full visibility into past and upcoming room changes, helping front desk and housekeeping teams coordinate efficiently.

Steps to Use the Room Move Report

  1. Select the property from the dropdown list.
  2. Choose a start and end date to filter movements for a specific time period.
  3. Select the reservation status (All, Cancelled, Confirmed, New, Request, Black, Inquiry).
  4. Click "Apply" to load the filtered report.
  5. The table will display all matching room changes.
  6. Use the table buttons to adjust column visibility or export data to Excel or PDF.

Room Move Table Details

The table lists all relevant details for each room move:

  • User - The staff member who performed the change.
  • Date - The date of the room move entry.
  • First Name - Guest's first name.
  • Surname - Guest's surname.
  • Reservation # - Booking reference number.
  • Previous Room - The room the guest was originally assigned to.
  • New Room - The room the guest was moved to.
  • Previous Assignment - Unit or bed assignment before the move.
  • New Assignment - Unit or bed assignment after the move.
