How to Use the Net RevPAR Report

1. Select the property you want to analyze.
2. Choose a base year and a comparison year.
3. Select one or more room types to include.
4. Filter results by booking source if needed.
5. Click "Apply Filters" to generate the results.
6. Review the charts and tables showing data for both selected years.
7. Export your report or email it directly from the system.
8. Check any system notifications for changes in room availability or pricing.
