Learn how to manage your property billing on BookersDesk. Access your account dashboard to view yearly, monthly, and current invoices, track payments, see room and user data, manage channel and web prices, review account statements, and check billing policies. Follow step-by-step instructions to make payments, send invoices via email, or download PDF invoices to keep your account up to date.

Yearly Billing Summary

This card shows a complete overview of your yearly billing, including charges, credits, and balances for all your properties.

  • View total yearly charges and payments.
  • Identify overdue or pending invoices.
  • Filter by property or date.
  • The total price for your channel management services for the selected period.
  • The total web price your property received from bookings during this period.
  • The total number of rooms in your property included in this calculation.
  • The total number of users associated with this property account.
  • The date when the last payment was processed.
  • Indicates whether the payment has been completed (Yes/No).
  • You can send the invoice by email or download it as a PDF using the buttons below.

Payment

Here you can make payments, view payment history, and manage payment methods.

  1. Select the payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  2. Enter payment details and confirm the amount.
  3. Submit the payment securely.

Account Information

Update your business details and contact information to ensure accurate billing.

  • Edit business name, address, and city.
  • Update email and phone for notifications.
  • Set default currency for billing.

Account Statement

This table displays all transactions, including payments, charges, and current balances.

  • View date, description, credit, debit, and balance for each transaction.
  • Download statements for accounting purposes.

Payment Information
