The panel provides you with a detailed overview of all relevant data on a single screen, allowing you to manage reservations and rooms efficiently. Below is a clear breakdown of its main sections and functions:

1. Monthly reservation summary

This section displays general information about monthly reservations, giving you a quick overview of the current month's performance:

  1. Total monthly reservations.
  2. Specific property
  3. Comparison of reservations with previous months

2. Today's OTA sales share (%)

This indicator shows the percentage of reservations generated by online travel agency (OTA) channels for the current day.

  1. Percentage of reservations from channels like Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
  2. Identification of the most effective channels for reservations.

3. Today's arrivals

Displays a list of guests expected to arrive today, making it easier to plan and welcome them.

  1. Guest names and arrival time.
  2. Reserved room for each guest.
  3. Reservation status (confirmed, pending).

4. Departures

This section shows guests who are scheduled to leave today, helping organize the check-out process and room cleaning.

  1. List of departing guests.
  2. Rooms that need to be vacated and cleaned.
  3. Status of invoice payments.

5. Current guests

This section informs you about all the guests currently staying at your property.

  1. Number of guests currently staying.
  2. Guest names and number of occupied rooms.
  3. Additional information such as services used during their stay.

6. OTA sales share for the last 7 days

For a longer-term analysis, this section displays all bookings made through OTAs in the past week.

  1. Percentage of reservations for the last 7 days.
  2. Identification of trends and high or low periods.
  3. Most effective channel during the week.

7. Room status

Shows the current status of the rooms in your property, helping to manage availability efficiently.

  1. Number of occupied and available rooms.
  2. Cleaning status (clean/dirty).
  3. Upcoming reservations for each room.

8. Occupancy rate (%)

A visual and numerical overview of the percentage of occupied rooms relative to the total property capacity.

  1. Overall occupancy percentage.
  2. Comparison of occupancy percentage with other periods.
  3. Identification of fully booked days.

9. Recent reservations summary

A list of the most recent reservations confirmed in your system.
