Room Management

Room Management: Efficiently manage all room details, ensuring accuracy in availability and an attractive presentation for guests. In this section, you can view, modify, or delete rooms as needed.

1. View Room List

  1. The page contains a complete list of all registered rooms in the system.
  2. For each room, you can view basic information, including the name, capacity, and availability status.
  3. Use filtering or search options to quickly find the room you need.

2. Editing Rooms

  1. Click the "Edit" button to update the information of a specific room.
  2. Modify key details such as:
    • Room name and description
    • Maximum guest capacity
    • Included amenities (Wi-Fi, minibar, balcony, etc.)
  3. Once changes are complete, click "Save" to apply them.

3. Deleting Rooms

  1. If you want to delete a room, find it in the list and click the "Delete" button.
  2. A confirmation message will appear to prevent accidental deletions.
  3. After confirmation, the room will be removed from the list and will no longer be available for bookings.

4. Adding a New Room

  • Click the "Add Room" option to register a new room.
  • Fill in all the required details to ensure a clear and attractive presentation.
  • Click "Save" to store the room in the system.

5. Customizing Room Features

Each room can be customized to meet guest expectations.

  1. Add or modify options such as:
    • Applicable cancellation policies for the room
    • Prices for different periods of the year
    • Discounts and special offers
  2. Save changes to ensure the information is updated and clear for visitors.
