Guest Login to the System
The Guest Login page allows clients to access the booking system, where they can view all details of their reservations recorded in the property’s registry. This feature enhances transparency and enables guests to manage their bookings more easily.
Activating Guest Access
Hoteliers have the option to decide whether to grant clients access to the booking system. This feature can be enabled or disabled according to the property management preferences.
How to Manage This Option?
- Log in to the control panel.
- Click Panel > Customization Space > Guest Login.
- Enable or disable the option according to your preferences.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
What Happens When the Option is Enabled?
If the option is enabled, clients can:
- Log in to the system with their credentials at panel.bookersdesk.com
- View details of their bookings.
- Modify or cancel a booking (if the hotelier allows this option).
What Happens When the Option is Disabled?
If the option is disabled, clients will not have access to the system and must contact the property directly for any changes or inquiries regarding their reservations.
