Step 1: Create a New Rate Plan

  1. Log in to the BookersDesk Panel and authenticate.
  2. Navigate to the Daily Price Management section..
  3. Click Save to distribute prices automatically
  4. Monitor performance and update prices regularly.
  5. Select the platforms this rate plan will apply to.

Step 2: Set Pricing and Automatic Increases

  1. Set the initial price for the room and ensure it is competitive.
  2. Use the automatic price increase option on booking platforms.
  3. Apply differentiated prices for various room categories.

Step 3: Distribute Prices on Booking Platforms

  1. Specify where the price will be displayed (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb).
  2. Set custom rules for each platform.
  3. Click Save to distribute the prices automatically.
  4. Monitor performance and update prices regularly.
