Standard Reports
In this section, you can access reports that will help you monitor and analyze the key data of your business. These reports provide a detailed overview of various property activities, including information on bookings, revenue, guest activity, and more. You can select dates and view detailed summaries for specific periods.
To access the reports section, follow these steps:
- Go to your dashboard and click on Dashboard > Reports > Standard Reports.
- Select the dates.
- In the "Reports" section, you will see a list of standard reports. Choose one of the options to open the report you want to analyze.

Types of standard reports:

Guests and Housekeeping:
• Booking Details Report
This report provides a complete overview of made bookings, including guest details and respective prices. You will have access to all the necessary information to easily monitor and manage bookings.
• Reception Report:
This report provides information on the daily activity of the reception and is useful for tracking daily operations.

• Today's Arrivals:
This report provides an overview of arrivals expected throughout the day.
• Arrivals for Selected Period:
This report provides information about arrivals occurring during a selected period by you.
• Departures:
This report contains information on guest departures for the selected period.

• Guests Staying During Selected Period:
This report provides information on guests registered to stay during your selected period.

Daily Unit Reports:
• Arrivals, Departures, and Guests per Unit:
This report provides information on arrivals, departures, and room guests for a specific period.
• Departure Cleaning:
This report helps monitor the cleaning activity of rooms that become available after guest departures.

Occupancy:
• Daily Occupancy:
This report includes information on arrivals, departures, occupied and available rooms for each day.
• Room Occupancy:
This report provides a detailed overview of occupied and available rooms, including room nights and guests.
• Monthly Occupancy:
This report provides information on room occupancy during a month and also a summary for the total period.

Finances:
• Monthly Revenue:
This report provides a summary of monthly revenue for your selected period, including income from all bookings and respective prices.
• Price Field Value by Check-in:
This report provides information on revenue and prices set at check-in.
• Monthly Revenue by Check-out:
This report provides information on revenue generated from bookings completed after check-out.
• Monthly Revenue by Creation Date:
This report provides data on revenue for bookings created during the selected period.
• Invoice Items:
This report provides details on invoiced items, including every item linked to completed bookings.
