Property Description ? How to Update the Information

The "Description" page helps you manage your property's information in a detailed and professional way. It allows you to present your accommodation in the best possible way to attract more visitors and secure bookings.

1. Property Information

In this section, you can add or modify the general description of your property, including:

  • Type of accommodation (hotel, apartment, hostel, villa, etc.)
  • Main features (sea view, modern design, quiet location, etc.)
  • What makes your property unique

After updating the information, make sure to click the "Save" button to save the changes.

2. Facilities

This section allows you to add or remove services and amenities your property offers.

  1. Enable or disable the services your property offers, such as:
    • Free Wi-Fi
    • Private parking
    • Equipped kitchen
    • Air-conditioning
    • Pets allowed
  2. After every change, click "Save" to store the updates

3. Address

  1. Make sure the property address is accurate and complete, including:
    • Whether cancellation is free or with penalty
    • The time limit for free cancellations
    • Penalty amounts or percentages for late cancellations
  2. To save changes, click "Save".

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Here you can set the rules for booking cancellations, specifying:
    • Street name and number
    • City and postal code
    • Location on the map
  2. After each change, don?t forget to click "Save" to store the information.

5. General Policies

  1. Here you define the rules and guidelines that guests must follow during their stay, such as:
    • Check-in and check-out times
    • Smoking policy
    • Pet rules
    • Accepted payment methods
  2. After each update, click "Save" to ensure the changes are saved and reflected in the system.
